The Journal of Rehabilitation Administration (JRA) is directly linked to the National Association of Administration Rehabilitation Leadership, (NARL) and to the Rehabilitation Program Evaluation Network (RPEN), divisions of the National Rehabilitation Association. The JRA seeks to publish manuscripts related to the broad spectrum of administration, counseling, management, organizational, program evaluation and/or quality assurance issues with the field of rehabilitation.

While authors are often associated with state and/or federal programs, manuscripts (theoretical or research) are accepted from all parties interested in this field.
